Job Description

This role oversees the delivery of advanced physical and electronic security systems into mission‑critical datacentre environments. You will manage deployments across high‑security, multi‑tenant facilities, ensuring resilience, compliance, and strict change control.

Technical Focus Areas

• VMS platforms (Genetec, Lenel, Milestone)
• Access control & identity management
• Video analytics, LPR, facial recognition & incident automation
• CCTV & intrusion detection
• Integration with datacentre infrastructure (BMS, structured cabling, power pathways)

Core Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery of complex technical projects
• Site coordination across operational datacentre facilities
• Managing P&L, financial reporting, and vendor engagement
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, CPNI guidance, cyber‑physical standards
• Producing technical documentation, RAID logs, programme plans

Candidate Profile

• Strong engineering or technical project management background
• Experience working in secure environments with stringent access and operational policies
• Understanding of secure network architecture and InfoSec alignment
